Refund Policy

At Freedom Frontline Store, each item is custom-printed to order. Because of this, we're only able to offer refunds or replacements in specific situations as outlined below.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at contact@freedomfrontline.store within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the affected product and packaging. Once confirmed, we'll offer a free replacement or a full refund. You don’t need to return the product.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your order fails to arrive, please email us with your order number. We’ll coordinate with the shipping carrier to investigate the status. If the order is confirmed lost, we will arrange for a replacement or refund. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Wrong Address or Delivery Issues

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or being unclaimed, we’ll contact you to confirm the correct details. You will be responsible for reshipment fees.

Returns & Exchanges (Buyer’s Remorse or Fit)

Because all items are made on demand, we do not offer returns or exchanges for size changes, buyer's remorse, or similar reasons. Please refer to sizing charts and product descriptions carefully before ordering.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued only for verified cases of damaged, incorrect, or lost orders (as described above). Credits will be processed to your original payment method. Processing time may vary, but please allow 5–10 business days for it to reflect in your account.
